Ekene Ofodile is an International business veteran with over a decade of experience in Asia, Europe, West Africa and the America’s. His Global mindset and in-depth hands on experience helps clients transform their strategic vision into reality. He is involved in all aspects of The Cross Water Groups practice, driving the delivery of operational excellence and increased revenues.

Ekene understands the nuances of doing business in emerging markets, he has extensive experience in navigating through the mandatory regulatory and compliance requirements that hinder business plans. Most recently, he has spent the last 15 years working for one of the worlds leading manufacturers and marketers of performance sportswear, leading its International Operations.

Ekene has lived in West Africa and traveled throughout the African continent. He has conducted business extensively within China, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Australia, Turkey, France, Germany, Great Britain, UAE, Mexico, Panama & a host of other countries. He has cultivated a global mindset and built a worldwide network of international business experts. In addition to his corporate work, Ekene has worked with several non profit organizations helping to introduce and standardize business process.
